DescriptionCross of Honor of the German Mother, 3rd Class Order bronze medal. Blue and white enamelled cross patté​e with black swastika on a white background with bronze sunburst at centre. Back of medal is engraved. A blue and white striped grosgrain ribbon threaded through the top of the cross.

Circular metal pin attached at midpoint of ribbon. Depicts a woman kissing the cheek of a baby. German text at top of pin. Corrosion on the reverse.
