Scope & ContentItem is a photographic negative of Gesher Project members singing their group song, “Gesher Tzar Meod”; Gesher tzar meod is Hebrew for “a very narrow bridge.” The photograph was taken at the opening of the Gesher Project: Bridging Holocaust Trauma exhibition at the Ceperley House in Burnaby, BC on September 26, 2002. The members singing, facing towards the camera, are identified as follows, from left to right: participants Marianne Rev, Malka Pischnatiskaya, Lillian Boraks-Nemetz, Marion Cassirer, an unidentified woman, Elsa Weinstein, Deborah Ramm-West (in the red jacket), Frances Hoyd (below Deborah), Sidi Schaffer, an unidentified woman and Gabriella Klein, and Project psychologist Alina Wydra. Project participant Nurit Fox is leading the group song at the podium.
